PrimeWays was built around a simple idea: every journey in Portugal should feel effortless — and a little like talking to someone who actually knows the country.
We're not an app, a platform, or an algorithm. We're a team of people who take genuine pride in showing up on time, keeping things smooth, and making sure you feel looked after from the first message to the final drop-off.
Who We Are
PrimeWays was founded in 2017, not because we saw a gap in the market, but because we genuinely love what we do. From the very beginning, we were more interested in the people in the back seat than in the distance between two points on a map.
Every client who gets into one of our vehicles comes from somewhere different, has a different story, and a different reason for being in Portugal. Some are pilgrims arriving in Fátima after years of planning. Some are families experiencing Sintra for the first time. Some are solo travellers who just need a conversation that feels real.
