These cancellation rules apply to PrimeWays transfers and driver-led sightseeing experiences, with timing counted from the scheduled pick-up or departure time.

Transfer cancellations

More than 24h: full refund. 12h to 24h: 50% refund. Less than 12h: no refund. No-shows are always non-refundable.

Tour cancellations

Private day trips and driver-led sightseeing experiences follow the same structure: More than 24h: full refund. 12h to 24h: 50% refund. Less than 12h: no refund. No-shows are always non-refundable.

Changes to a booking

Changes are normally accepted up to 12 hours before pick-up or departure. Any change affecting the route, passenger count, luggage, or vehicle class may require an updated price before the service is confirmed.
