More than 24 hours before pick-up: 100% refund. Between 24 and 12 hours before pick-up: 50% refund. Less than 12 hours before pick-up: no refund. No-shows are always non-refundable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
These cancellation rules apply to PrimeWays transfers and day trips, with timing counted from the scheduled pick-up or departure time.

Private day trips follow the same structure: more than 24 hours before departure: 100% refund, between 24 and 12 hours: 50% refund, and less than 12 hours or no-show: no refund.
Changes are normally accepted up to 12 hours before pick-up or departure. Any change affecting the route, passenger count, luggage, or vehicle class may require an updated price before the service is confirmed.
