This Cookie Policy explains how PrimeWays Portugal (operated by Solidrecord, Lda., NIF 514662492) uses cookies and similar technologies on primeways.pt. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?

2.2 Analytics cookies (require consent)
The following analytics services are only loaded after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you choose "Essential only" or ignore the banner, none of these cookies or scripts are activated.

Google Analytics configuration. Our GA4 property is configured with a data-retention period of 14 months. If you want formal wording on IP anonymisation here, it should be confirmed against the live GA configuration rather than assumed from the frontend code alone.
2.3 Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights (cookieless)
Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights are embedded in the site on the basis of our legitimate interest in a functional, fast website. They do not set cookies and do not perform cross-site tracking:

3. Booking Portal (/portal)
When you click Book Now or access the booking portal, your browser is directed to /portal on this site, which stays on the current website host while proxying requests to our booking backend. This backend service may set its own session cookies to maintain the state of your booking flow. Those cookies are:
- Strictly necessary for the booking process to function correctly.
- Not used for advertising or behavioural profiling.
- Governed by the data processing agreement between PrimeWays and Render, the infrastructure provider for
onrender.com.
These functional cookies are covered by the strictly necessary category and do not require your separate consent under ePrivacy rules.
4. Managing and Withdrawing Consent
4.1 Via our cookie banner
When you first visit primeways.pt, a cookie banner appears at the bottom of the page. You can:
- Accept — loads Google Analytics.
- Essential only — analytics are not loaded.
- Change your choice— clear your browser's local storage for primeways.pt and the banner will reappear on your next visit.
4.2 Via your browser
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the booking portal. Browser-specific instructions:

You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics across any website.

6. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when we change the technologies we use or when legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we add new analytics tools that require consent, the cookie banner will re-appear for all users.
