Yes. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Between 24 and 12 hours before pickup, the refund is 50%. Under 12 hours, refunds are not available. Changes are accepted up to 12 hours before pickup.
Yes. Child seats are available free of charge on request. Please mention the child's age when booking so the correct seat type can be prepared, subject to availability.
